Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026. This is a plain-language description, written in good faith to reflect what actually happens in the app today.
Who this is
AdArchitect is operated by an individual based in Cyprus, not a registered company. By using AdArchitect, you're agreeing to these terms with that individual operator.
The service
AdArchitect takes what you tell us about your products, budget, and experience level, and generates a tailored Amazon Sponsored Products campaign structure, a plain-English explanation of the reasoning behind it, and a file formatted for Seller Central's bulk upload. This is a recommended starting structure, not a guarantee of ad performance. Suggested bids are a starting point, not a substitute for Amazon's own live competition data, which we don't have access to. Always review the file before uploading it to Seller Central.
Accounts and login
There are no passwords. You log in with a one-time link emailed to you, which expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once. Keep that email and link to yourself, the same way you'd protect any other login.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Each generated plan costs $9, charged once through Stripe. There's no subscription, and the price is never a percentage of your ad spend. One purchase generates exactly one plan.
Refunds
If the plan doesn't feel tailored to your products, or it just doesn't make sense to you, email hello@getadarchitect.com and we'll refund your $9. No form, no argument.
That guarantee is there for genuine dissatisfaction, not to fund a free-plan cycle. If we find an account repeatedly buying, generating, and requesting a refund, we may decline to refund further purchases, and may block that account from purchasing again.
Right to withdraw (EU/UK customers)
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because AdArchitect delivers digital content immediately once you submit your intake form, requesting your plan means you're asking us to begin performance right away, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once generation starts. This doesn't affect the separate refund guarantee above.
Acceptable use
Each purchase is for one campaign structure for your own use. Please don't resell, scrape, or automate bulk purchases of AdArchitect's output, and don't submit product details you don't have the right to use.
No warranty
AdArchitect generates a recommended starting structure based on the information you provide. It isn't financial or investment advice, and we don't guarantee any particular ad performance, sales outcome, or Amazon account result. You're responsible for reviewing the generated structure and file before acting on it.
What's yours
The campaign structure generated for you is yours to use however you like. The AdArchitect software, website, and copy remain the operator's.
Suspending or blocking accounts
We may suspend or block an account found abusing the refund policy described above, or otherwise misusing the service. Existing plans you've already paid for and received aren't affected by a block on future purchases.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
