About
AdArchitect is built by me, Andreas K. I've spent the last 10 years running Amazon accounts on both Seller Central and Vendor Central — not as an agency account manager rotating between clients, but hands-on, with real budgets and real inventory risk attached to the decisions.
The Amazon accounts I've actually run
- An EU-made Construction, STEM & Robotics toy brand. I took its Amazon PPC from roughly $20k/month in ad spend in Q1–Q2 to around $100k/month by Q3 of the same year, as part of growing the brand's Amazon revenue from under $100k a year (a degraded, under-managed listing when I took it on) to over $1.5 million a year.
- A small cosmetics seller. Grew their Amazon presence from a standing start — $0 in monthly revenue — to over $5,000/month.
My background outside Amazon specifically is digital marketing and large-scale e-commerce more broadly (Amazon, eBay, Alibaba), plus process design, automation, and workflow optimization — the same instincts that went into building AdArchitect as a flat-fee, one-time tool instead of another percentage-of-spend subscription.
Why AdArchitect exists
The idea came directly from my own early mistakes: not knowing whether to structure campaigns per-product or per-keyword-cluster, and having to rebuild the whole account a few months in once I'd learned the hard way. AdArchitect is the tool I wish I'd had — it doesn't manage your ads for you or take a cut of your spend, it hands you a structure built for your specific catalog and explains why, once.
